You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and the seal must remain unbroken.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 days to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

-Orders are sent on business days, from our 3D AusMed warehouse in Sydney.
-The ETA of each order will vary depending on the time of year and delivery location of the order.
-Orders being sent to Metro cities on the East Coast will generally arrive overnight.
-Orders being sent to other Metro cities in Australia will generally arrive within 2 days.
-Orders being sent to non metro cities will range between 3 – 7 business days.
We ship anywhere around the world and especially in current times in which equipment is required fast, the option of 24-48 shipping is available.
There is also an option to ship via sea. This would no doubt add extra time to the overall time, but we understand that due to constraints, some agencies and companies will opt in to ship via sea.
